We work very hard to have an outcome just like the one you posted above. The techs are always looking at new systems, taking training, working very hard as this is their passion. At Mackays' we do not have large dollars to advertise, ( but then you pay for all that no matter what company does this...so we try to not add to much of that to the bottom line, your bill!) This is a great shout out for our wonderful, caring techs, and our newest addition to the estimation team....fred!!!! He is a tech first, and has been a lead in the installations for many years now. HE is now in homes, making the suggestions for what he knows for sure, is the right solution. What we enjoy about our sales guys...they are talented, hard working, incredibly driven, and honest!!!! We feel technicians coming into the home, looking at the work that will truly make the difference that you are looking for, is best suited to a tech, not a sales person that has never done the work themselves. I mean it makes perfect sense. They know the work they would do and have done for years and years. No guesses!!!!! imagine that for your home!! Donny has been years with this company and is a true testament to what Mackay Heating and Cooling truly means. HE is exceptionally talented. We are so happy to be working along side this great technician/mechanic /great man. The entire crew at Mackay Heating and Cooling take an incredible amount of pride in how clean they leave the homes. Not the norm for contractors....but we are not the norm either. Our bar is higher!!!!
