Michael Tita inspected our home as a part of the conditions of purchase. He was punctual, friendly, thorough and explained every step of the inspection to us. Not only was he a pleasure to work with but he taught us so much about or new home. What is more, Michael was available to us for a follow up when we required further advice on a repair that was done incorrectly by the sellers of the home. He most certainly went above and beyond and I would happily recommend Michael and his services to anyone wanting to ensure that they are purchasing the right home and become educated about how to maintain it for years to come!!

Mike Tita did a very thorough inspection on the property that I am purchasing. I actually met him when he inspected a home I sold last year. He had caught an item that needed remediation (due to building code) that another inspector (that I engaged 7 years prior before I bought that house) had failed to notice and report.

I chose him as my house inspector, because I really appreciated the fact that he was more fully aware of building codes, past and present. I would recommend him to anyone.

Michael is a very knowledgeable, technical and approachable home inspector who provided in-depth details for 2 pre-offer inspections on a semi-detached and a town-home.
