Very thorough house inspection. Mike walked through the details of necessary updates needed on my house.

I am in the construction industry and know a lot about buildings, building codes, different trades and spotting difficiencies. Lighthouse inspections provided me with a home inspection of a home that I was purchasing. Even though I am in the industry, it is always a good idea to get a professional inspection done to have an additional set of eyes looking at the home. They were very thorough, took their time, and looked into every aspect of the home. They provided a detailed report and highlighted and flagged any concerns or areas that need remediation.
