I highly recommend working with Michael! He was punctual, efficient, and easy to coordinate with. I purchased a new home and got the inspection done. At first I was told by family and friends it wouldn't be worth it for a new home but there were many critical things that were overlooked by the builder and found that I was able to put into my Tarion warranty and ensure it gets fixed. This included missing shingles on the roof, damaged windows and coverings, leaks in the gutter, and cracks in the foundation wall behind insulation. This was 100% worth it to ensure that the builder did an efficient job. Michael was fantastic to work with and explained his whole process!
