Michael, was outstanding. Walked through the home from top to bottom and encouraged me to stay with him and ask questions. The inspection was not rushed, he recorded serial numbers and reported condition of all appliances that were included. Made some suggestions on how things could be improved when items would be changed in the future. Well worth the money. Great job!

He was very calm, collected and thorough. He was also very informative and answered every single question we had, and made sure we understood everything that was happening and what he was checking. He also searched areas we didn't even think about checking and spotted a few things we hadn't picked up on either. Made sure he took his time and we never felt as though he was rushing the process at all.
