I have called on Mike Tita from Lighthouse Inspections twice to do home inspections pre-firming deal. He is a very thorough, professional inspector. He is attentive, keeps appointments and fulfills the requirements of a home inspection (at time of home purchase) perfectly. I would recommend him and the company highly.

Mike Tita did a very thorough inspection on the property that I am purchasing. I actually met him when he inspected a home I sold last year. He had caught an item that needed remediation (due to building code) that another inspector (that I engaged 7 years prior before I bought that house) had failed to notice and report. I chose him as my house inspector, because I really appreciated the fact that he was more fully aware of building codes, past and present. I would recommend him to anyone.
