Extremely happy about how 'Michael' went about doing the Inspection and also he was extremely helpful and had a very good way of explaining things.

Home inspection. Mike did a great job and conducted a very thorough inspection of the entire home from top to bottom, inside and out. He answered every question I had and provided sound advice. Michael inspected the only house I bought in Canada back in 2014.. I asked him a question related to his inspection report in 2017 (2 and a half years later), and he still answered my question and provided his recommendations free of charge. It was a safety related issue which Michael was very quick to spot.

Mike was able to catch all the costly as well as the minor flaws in the house.. He caught a small crack in the furnace fan which could have caused carbon monoxide poisoning. He showed me where to shut the garden water from and recommended that I shut it before winter starts so that water doesn't freeze, expand and damage the pipes (That tip alone saved me thousands of dollars)..

He noticed small flaws such as a non functioning power outlet located outside the house, a clogged water drain and recommended cost effective DIY fixes for them!!
The price was reasonable, he came on time, the inspection was quick.. Mike was professional and provided excellent customer service.

I highly recommend him to anybody who wants a thorough inspection with the freedom to ask questions.
