New front door looks great and the guys did a fabulous job would highly recommend this company

We just had our family's fourth window and door installations done. At our house, the ground floor and upper floors have been completed. At our daughter's house, the new upper floor windows and the front and back doors finished the second renovation of her home with Platinum in the last few years. At our home, we immediately noticed a significant change in energy usage throughout the year. The comfort level is now consistent throughout the house in every season. At our daughter's home, after the ground floor installation done previously, she noticed that street sounds were greatly diminished in her living room. Upstairs, the day after the work was done she woke up perspiring because the furnace heat was no longer escaping through the poor window installations done by the builder. She had to readjust her heating vents to accommodate for this newfound retention of the energy for which she had been paying all these years. Her front and back doors are also energy saving, far more secure than the old ones, and they add a beautiful look to her home. We are going to miss dealing with Jim in sales, Maggie in the office, and our installer Miro. They brought a lot of joy and a very human touch to dealing with a home renovation company. I can't say enough good things about our time with Platinum Windows & Doors. Perhaps the most important point is that we had them twice in our home and twice in that of our daughter. What could be a possibly higher recommendation than that? We will miss both the people at Platinum and the joy that comes from having our homes greatly enhanced by the quality of their work and the care which they take in doing it.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jim & his team of professionals @ Platinum Windows & Doors, for the excellent work replacing my Patio door. From consultation to installation has been fantastic and I would recommend Jim & his team to any and everyone you will be extremely satisfied with the finished product.

Over the past 8 years I've had all my windows & doors replaced by Platinum. This company is top notch, from the sales rep- Jim , to Maggie in the office, to Miro who installed the windows. He blew my mind with the window replacement he did in our bathroom that was very tricky (pics attached) with the results looking like the window had always been there. Didn't require to do any additional work after installation.
Fantastic results and highly recommend them for all window & door upgrade/replacements.

The field team was also very professional and jard working.

I needed a new front door as outside air and unwanted light was entering my home. I got a new door and gift card to go along with it. I'm a satisfied customer.

From start to finish, I felt supported through the process of buying and installing new patio doors. Jim took the time to walk me through my options and to answer my questions. The installers were quick and cleaned up afterwards. All I had left to do was to enjoy! Thank you.

The door wouldn't stay shut then opened from the outside when locked.
Strip of aluminum kept falling off, Insulation open at bottom of door. Air coming in bottom and sides and latch.
Honestly I wouldn't approve this storm door in my mother's or children's house .
They refused to send out another installer
This could be a fluke , bad measurements, but because of the good reviews I hired this company. In future I,ll hire storm door

Whether I ask platinum for the cost of a new storm door depends on how much the final cost is

Ive used Platinum to replace almost all of the windows in my 70+ year old house. High quality windows and doors, excellent customer-first approach to timing of installation, measuring, consultation, etc. Whether its Jims estimates or Maggies excellent customer service or the professionalism of the installers the experience has been seamless. Maybe thats why Ive always gone back to them!!
