Great experience overall. Omar the installer was great. He cleaned up and gave great advice on my molding. Job was done on time and service and quality was great. I would recommend them highly.

Had Platinum come in to install 3 windows, and build a side entrance to our house (including installation of a new door). Great experience all around. Ron, the sales guy, was great and thorough - followed up on everything and gave me comfort knowing we were taken care of. The installation person (Dave?) was fantastic too - gave great advice and was very careful to make sure we were happy with how everything looked upon delivery. Finally, the people in the office who manages the appointments were very friendly and always helpful.
On top of this, the work was done impeccably, and the cost was cheaper than most other contractors I received quotes from.
I just finished writing a review of a bad company, so I figured I should balance it by writing about one that exceeded my expectations.

We purchased a new bow window and a new front door. We were very pleased with the quality of the door and windows The installation was done in one day and on time.

Wrote up original order for $3500.00 signed. About a week later asked for another $200.00 more,as workman said price was too low. Would not start work until paid and contract wrote up. We are satisfied with work but not the way business was conducted.

It was a great service, excellent installations. Hal was a great guy, amazing service. products are A1, i am very happy with quality, and we have told many people about the service we have gotten.

The workmen came on time, replaced the windows and cleaned up after themselves. Also, any problems that have resulted in the windows were resolved quickly and follow up calls were performed to check up on the work
