I first met with Jim George and he came by and gave us a quote. When it was time to install our door, the installer was excellent (Osmo) and he completed the job in two days and cleaned up leaving the house in the same order.

Platinum windows is a very professional company. Anne and Gus are great to deal with. From contract signing to installation, it was a pleasure. Hal was a great installer. Their new glass is amazing, its self-cleaning and stays pretty clean! We've had the windows in for a year now and they look brand new. The dust/ dirt doesnt seem to settle on them. Great company and great product. Would highly recommend them for window replacement.

The service was great! The installer did a professional job, and was very neat and clean. The quality of the products as far as insulation and functionality is good. My only complaint is about the door stop on the patio door that allows the door to be ajar (for ventilation) but still prevent someone from getting in. The stop itself is made of plastic and has since broken. My recommendation is that the stop be made of steel or something more durable.
