Over the past 8 years I've had all my windows & doors replaced by Platinum. This company is top notch, from the sales rep- Jim , to Maggie in the office, to Miro who installed the windows. He blew my mind with the window replacement he did in our bathroom that was very tricky (pics attached) with the results looking like the window had always been there. Didn't require to do any additional work after installation. Fantastic results and highly recommend them for all window & door upgrade/replacements.

In short my stove stopped working. No heat coming from elements or oven. Dima came and did a thorough diagnostic and when checking the power source showed me that not enough power was coming into the stove. He asked me to shut the main breaker down and reboot. That still didn't correct the issue. Then he went the extra mile to check the main fuses from the breaker that feed into the fuse box and VOILA One of the main fuses had blown causing the problem. Dima then went back and did some more tests to ensure the stove/oven was working. It does!! So glad. Very pleased with this service call. Appreciated the extra mile Dima went to solving the problem.
