We had the team from Platinum Windows and Doors install new patio doors for my parents home. The sales team was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with and they described the process to us and made us feel comfortable. The installation team showed up when expected and the install was flawless.
Overall a great experience and a great product. My parents are very happy with the outcome
