Another bad experience typical to the host of other bad reviews. Repairman arrived, diagnosed problem with washing machine and provided quote to fix washing machine, of which I paid $220 labor fee upfront.
Of course when repairman arrived to fix machine he found additional issues not previously mentioned that now would not make repairing washing machine feasible.
Spoke to costumer service asking for refund. Lady who took call (Selina Khan) was immediately defensive and condescending. I tried to explain I only went forward with service based on their diagnostic and would be ok paying for this $80 fee but not the full $220. No dice, $220 down the drain.
Buyer beware, this company lacks integrity and is more trouble than their worth based on my experience and the numerous poor reviews out there.
