After a horrible experience with Quickfix Appliances, I called Subzero who gave me Kampen's name. Called at 4:15 one day and they were at my house by 3:30 the next day, completed repair, fixed what Quickfix left undone and informed me that damage that was done by Quickfix to my hardwood flooring was unnecessary as fridge does not need to be pulled out to complete repairs. Thank you Kampen's!!

Repaired fridge in October damaging/gouging hardwood floors in the process, fridge not put back properly, charged illegal convenience fee for using visa which was never reversed nor did they take responsibility for damaged flooring. Fridge broke again in December, countless calls to booking centre and customer care. Recording you listen to before leaving a message talks about their superb customer care. BUNK!!!! Finally returned my call January 6 to say I needed to send a copy of my invoice as they had archived mine already. Explained they now needed to give superb customer care and find my invoice. I have subsequently got fridge fixed with another company within two days who stated fridge does not need to be pulled out as all mechanics are accessible from the front of the fridge!!! Stay FAR away from this company. Don't know how they stay in business!! Paid another $950.00 to fix the problem!
