Randy/Electra is highly competent in his field and continues to upgrade his skills. He is friendly, very patient and is an exceptional teacher. He takes the time to educate his clients re: computer issues and as well advises clients on quality products to purchase. Randy has a good sense of humour and makes clients feel comfortable. Randy always fixes my computer issues and gives me peace of mind! He took the time on a long weekend to do a home visit which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to others.

Randy/Electra was recommended to me about 6 years ago. He is a very competent computer technician. If I have had an emergency problem he responds very quickly and has always fixed it right away. His diagnostic skills are accurate which is a cost saving to his clients.Once he has fixed the problem he always talks you through to make sure you understand. My most recent problem was a humming noise when the computer started up. After talking to the big box store where I bought the computer I was told it was probably the hard drive and bring it in and could take up to 6 weeks to get it back. Called Randy, took the back off the computer and found dust inside. Fixed it and the computer is running perfectly, Thanks you Randy for your help.

I have been using Randy/Electra for about 8 years. It is very hard to find competent computer "experts". Randy has never failed in any od my requests for service. His diagnostic skills are incredible, which leads to a cost savings for his clients. He has never failed me. If I have any emergency repairs, he is fast in a response, suggests when he can get to me, and above all, he is on time. He has never had to return to fix the same problem. Another quality/skill that he has, after the problem is solved, after he has explained what was wrong and what to do to avoid a repeat ... he tests me to ensure that I have understood 100% of what he said. Obviously I recommended him to all my friends and associates.

Randy has always provided excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and I have found him to be my only technical adviser now after trying other technicians in the past. I have used Randy's services for several years and highly recommend him.

Randy was a god sent to me.My laptop would not function any more and he recovered data information from the hard drive of my old laptop and put it on my new laptop.
He went above and beyond working to retrieve data that was important to me.

I have used Electra Technologies for at least 8 years. Randy is helpful, very knowledgeable and very patient when explaining how something is done on the computer. Without him I wouldn't be using a computer today. He is extremely well versed with computers; capable; always on time and has a friendly personality. He knows his stuff!!

I have to say that Electra Technologies was amazing. I had such a good experience. I was not made to feel belittled or stupid but rather like my worries and complaints were serious. My inquiries were attended to in a timely manner with professionalism.

i was about to throw put my computer after trying to fix it myself. it had so many virus's and was just going too slow. My brother recommend this place. Today my computer is running like clockwork.
