Randy/Electra was recommended to me about 6 years ago. He is a very competent computer technician. If I have had an emergency problem he responds very quickly and has always fixed it right away. His diagnostic skills are accurate which is a cost saving to his clients.Once he has fixed the problem he always talks you through to make sure you understand. My most recent problem was a humming noise when the computer started up. After talking to the big box store where I bought the computer I was told it was probably the hard drive and bring it in and could take up to 6 weeks to get it back. Called Randy, took the back off the computer and found dust inside. Fixed it and the computer is running perfectly, Thanks you Randy for your help.
