Randy build my computer I am very happy with his work and knowledge. Privies computer was build by so called expert didn't worked out so good. I had very specific specs in mind for a new tower computer to use for my photography. I couldn't find one to buy in a store. Randy built me exactly what I wanted, and provided patient support to get me set-up and working. He set up simple and robust routine maintenance procedures that are easy to follow, and provided excellent education, tips and hints along the way.

Randy arrived right on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problems with my computer. He was great at explaining everything to me in a language I can understand. He also made suggestions to upgrade my computer which have improved it tremendously. I'll definitely use his services again.

I really needed help with my lap top, called Randy and he was here within an hour. Fixed it, then checked out my desk top and found it needed some help too. Excellent service! Randy has helped me before and I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

My computer crashed and all info was lost.I called Randy on Sunday and he came in 20 minutes. I am a CGA and required help right away. Randy recommended what I should buy, and returned to install the new computer.It is up and running and all is well again.

I required a new computer. Randy was most helpful in advising me of what to purchase. Installed it for me and insured me that I knew how to use and operate it ( I am in my mid-eighties and partially sighted in one eye). He has provided me with very efficient service over the past few years and since the installation of my new computer. I have found him to be patient and explain things in terms I can understand. I am very satisfied with his knowledge and service and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I first heard of Randy about 10-years ago. At a committee meeting, I remarked that I had problems with my computer, and I would not be able to meet a publishing deadline. The person who recommended that I contact Randy to resolve my problem, assured me that he would respond promptly, that he was reliable, responsible and efficient in the service he provided to his clients.
I invited Randy to my home office to determine that he would be able to quickly help to resolve my computer problem. Within a couple of hours he'd returned my aging computer to peak performance. To his credit, I was able to meet my publishing deadline. His diagnostic skills and competence in understanding and resolving my problems were phenomenal. I've begin to describe my problem, and at the same time his fingers were tapping instructions on the keyboard, to resolve the problem.
When it was time for me to retire my computer, I asked Randy for advice in purchase of another computer, as he was familiar with what I expect from my machine. His advice was excellent. My current computer is absolutely perfect for all of the work that I do on it. I recently asked Randy for help to update my operate system. The advice I received, and the work he did for me, had my new operating system installed with minimal down-time.
In recent years I've found it beneficial to have Randy visit annually to 'tweak' my computer. This 'annual maintenance' is done at a time convenient to both of us. I list the several minor problems I may be experiencing, and these are resolved in short order. At the same time he ensures that the computer programs I use are current, to offset possible future problems. So far, I haven't experienced any extraneous problems through the 12-month period that follows.
Over the years I've recommended 'Electra Technologies' to many in my circle of friends at our local Community Centre. Those who've sought Randy's help, never fail to report back favourable. I have no hesitation in recommending Randy to anyone who needs the service of a knowledgeable, competent and reliable 'computer techie' to resolve their computer problems.

Randy has been giving professional support in our home for years. He has always provided prompt and excellent service. He answers calls promptly and no problem is ever too small to not address. My husband has a home office which Randy attends to regularly and which he could not live without. Emergencies are always answered promptly. Not only is Randy a great technician but he has a great sense of humor and we can always have a good laugh no matter how large or small the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Randy and have done so on may occasions.

Randy from Electra was beyond helpful. Not only did he repair my computer, he has made my computer run better then it ever has. Very thorough with calling me and keeping me updated on every aspect of what he had to do with my computer. Not only is he an astonishing technician, his timing was impeccable. Having told me he would need a bit longer then expected I would of been left without a computer to start school. He then went over and beyond and had my computer back to me within a few days. I will continue to use Randy for any further repairs and I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know who needs any help with there computer.
