We were really impressed with this company. Our workhorse of a dishwasher, an Asko, died. We'd also been having problems with the door on our Dacor oven, so figured that we'd have them look at it at the same time.

Kevin was fantastic. He was personable and helpful. We'd never had an appliance repair person give us such good advice before. The dishwasher, which was 12-15 years old, was likely going to require considerable repair, and Kevin explained the pros and cons of repair versus buying a new one, while showing us the parts of the machine at issue. He recommended models that we could buy that would be comparable to what we had and would be easier to install given our under-the-counter set up. He fixed the oven door (completely solving the problems we'd been having) and even got a light on our rangehood working.

We were really pleased and we will not hesitate to call them again. Really good value.

My 8 year old Viking oven stopped working in mid January 2015. It was finally repaired today (mid March) which is a testament to Kevin's patience, superior trouble shooting skills, and gentle tenacity.
It was originally going to take an unrealistic and unacceptable 6 months for a new control board to come from Viking ...in China!
Colin, one of the company owners, decided to work with a local supplier to refurbish the control board, though it started smoking upon installation.
He thankfully sourced an alternate supplier to bring in a new replacement board. Upon installation, Kevin then discovered the actual source of the issue was the burned out relay. It was completely fried. If it had not been for Kevin's expert problem solving skills, it would have taken much longer to discover the source of the issue.
Thanks to Kevin and Colin for resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

Appliance Experts was quick to schedule a service call when other companies had a wait time of about 3-5 days. Kevin was prompt and courteous in fixing the problem and offered recommendations to extend the life of my dryer. I would definitely recommend Appliance Experts to family and friends.

I just tried Appliance Repair Experts for the first time and I'm sticking with them. I've been a homeowner for 34 years and Kevin is the best repairman I've dealt with. He is punctual, polite, focused and efficient. He intelligently answered all of my questions, and made some great suggestions on how to extend the life of my appliances. It seems like this is more of a calling than a job for him. Who can say better than that?

Our repair tech Kevin was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful, quick, and didn't try to rip us off by taking the easy way out- buy simply replacing a part. He looked into the issue which happened to just be a sock in the drain pipe. He could have easily just said the motor needs to be replaced, but didn't.

I can't speak for all their techs, but I can recommend Kevin.

Although this was an expensive repair, I was reassured that it was necessary. The technician showed me all the tests he did to determine the problem. Everything was done quickly and professionally with care to my kitchen counters and floors. Would highly recommend
