Very good. Kevin showed up on time and called me to give me an honest assessment (they COULD repair it but it would cost almost as much as a new one, and the washer is already old, so...). No pressure, and he said no problem to take a couple of days and think about it (since he would have to order a new pump and come back anyway). Very reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again.

I have been using this company for over 7 years. Kevin is fantastic, he knows his appliances well and there is nothing he can't repair. He is honest, reliable and very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I have recommended them to my mother-in -law, and girl friend, both were very satisfied and will use them again.
Very reasonable rates and they usually come out on the same day to do the repair.
They have repaired many of my high end appliances such as my fridge, dishwasher, stove, washing machine and furnace Kevin is always professional, pleasant and always get's the job done.

My washer stopped working in the middle of a wash load. I called a few repair companies, and Appliance Service Experts was the 1st company who returned my call. An appointment was scheduled at my earliest convenience. They said the technician would call 30 minutes before arriving, and he did. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the parts were no longer available as the washer was old. However, the technician took the time to provide useful information regarding washer features which helped me in my purchase of a new washer. The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call Appliance Service Experts again for any appliance repair. Quality service at a fair price.

I called appliance service experts after my stove started to tick like crazy. The person on the phone explained the service charges and scheduled a service visit. Kevin arrived same day and indicated the switch assembly needed to be replaced but he did not have the exact assembly for my stove. I approved the pricing for my repair which after reading the Bosch dishwasher repair post was reasonable considering these guys are not an online company but an ONSITE service company. Parts ordered and installed. My stove is still working great now. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again!

What a pleasure it was to have this technician come to my home. I dont normally say that when one of my appliances breaks down, but in this case I am making an exception. I highly recommend this company based on this technician who's name is Kevin. Professional, curtious, knowledgable, timely and helpful are just a few of the words I would use to describe him. He quickly diagnosed my problem and could have sold me a repair, but instead advised me that it would be a waste of money as something else would breakdown soon after. I will use them in future for any appliance repairs. Kevin, thank you for your integrity.

I called Appliance Service Parts around 8:30 on Saturday morning and explained my problem to Colin. He was able to fit me in as there was a cancelled appointment and as promised, the technician arrived by about 9:30 a.m. (he called before he came). The technician, Kevin, was very professional and friendly and it took no more than 5 minutes for him to diagnose and fix the problem with my dryer. It turns out that the motor is simply getting old and needs to be 'helped' along, which Kevin showed me how to do. I am very grateful that this company is honest and didn't tell me there was a major problem. Kevin did say that I will either have to replace the motor eventually or buy a new dryer and he gave me a recommendation as to what he would do if he were in my shoes. I would use this company again and I've already told a few people about them. It's hard to find honest repair technicians these days so it was very gratifying to see this still exists.

Kevin was amazing. Very knowledgeable, great communicator and friendly. he outlined what the potential problems could be, and very transparently laid out the cost of a.) labour needed to isolate problem b.) price of likely components. In the end my wife and i determined that the cost to go further would be too much for an old appliance and that a new one (rather than repair) would be our best option. Such a breath of Fresh air to have a company treat you like a human being and not try to fleece you in a futile effort to patch up an old machine. Would recommend and will use without reservation in the future. Thank you Appliance Service Experts and thank you Kevin.
