We had been looking for someone to repair our gas oven and my husband found this company on line. The technician, Kevin, was very professional and knowledgable. He was able to find the problem quickly and we agreed to have the repair done. I'm very happy with his service and would highly recommend him.

Kevin at Appliance Service Experts is simply amazing. He is an honest, hard-working young man with the absolute utmost integrity. After dealing with a shady service company (my bad for not going to homestars.com first), Kevin came to service our compact washer and explained (& demonstrated) that the motor board was blown and the bearings were on their way out. He recommended that it wasn't worth the costs to repair the machine and at my request he suggested other brands and models for us to consider to replace our washing machine. I don't hesitate to recommend Appliance Service Experts. Krishna, (who took my calls) was personable and professional and I just cannot say enough about Kevin! I will never make another appliance purchase without talking to these guys first - they truly know their stuff!

Couldn't book same say service as advertissed because of heavy volume but .. when tech (Kevin) arrived it was worth the wait, (2days). He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend this company based on Kevin's work ethic putting the customer first.

Technician showed up on time and called 30 mins before arriving as I had been told when call was scheduled. Technician (Kevin) was knowledgeable, professional and honest. This was very refreshing. This was the first time I contacted Appliance Service Experts regarding a dishwasher repair. Kevin arrived within the time window. He was personable, knowledgeable and very happy to answer any questions I had. Great Service!! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

This is my second time requiring the services of Appliance Service Experts.
I was very satisfied with the service the first time: booking was simple, the repairman arrived called ahead and arrived in the timeslot that had been agreed upon; he was professional, courteous, patient and explained what happened clearly (problem with defrost timer). Payment was also very efficient.
The second time, it was a bit harder to book, I left a message and wasn't called back on the same day. However, when I called the following day, booking was quick and efficient, they were able to look my file up easily. The same repairman came which made things simpler, and brought with him the part that needed replacement (so no extra appointment + delivery time + charges needed). He suggested two solutions, a cheaper but more inconvenient one, and a more expensive but simpler one. This shows that this company is not thinking about selling its customers unnecessary things and wants to OFFER, not to impose solutions!
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend it heartily.

So pleased with this company. The Kenmore bottom freezer had water freezing at base. I called the company, got an appointment time in two days and they were so efficient and friendly. Kevin called 30 minutes before arriving (within the scheduled two hour window), was so helpful, super cheerful and had it fixed within the hour. What great service! Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else in need of appliance servicing!

Kevin from Appliance Service Experts renewed my faith in home service. He tested, diagnosed and fixed an interrupted power connection and suggested using one of my own power cords to save money. He came within the time window and even called to say he was on his way. He was professional, personable, creative and efficient. 10 out of 10 Stars!
