Master Drain & Water Works

I have recently purchased my property a year ago. we had only 20% water. after calling 4 different companies it began to feel helpless. no one was able to restore our pipes. 80% of our water was leaking away and the other companies felt it was "too difficult" to redirect the water line. Then comes along master drain. perfect man for the hardest jobs. The new line was redirected. master drain was able to dig and redirect my waterline without damaging my property!
I would just like to take this time to Thank Master Drain for a job that was very well done. now my water is flowing like a river. Thank you again Master Drain.

Excellent work and wonderful friendly service. Vitaliy came on Thursday to view the premises and next day Walter and Jerry replaced the lead pipe. Their work was prompt and professional. They worked all day without stopping. I highly recommend this company, specially Vitaliy and his crew.

Our sewer backed up in our basement, and we called our regular plumber, but due to the type of repairs required he recommended Master drain and water works. Vitaliy scoped the pipes to pinpoint the trouble. The pipe was damaged in 2 locations. He described the work involved and quoted a price, which I thought was reasonable. Along with repairing the pipe, 2 cleanouts and a back water valve were installed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. After completion, the area was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company.

I discovered water in my basement, and had someone come in to clear the drains and sort out the problem. However, after 2 days, the same scenario.....We had water in the basement again!

Vitaly was recommended to me, and I called him. He was very professional. He used a camera in the drain pipes, to figure out the exact cause of the problem and then got to fixing the broken pipe that was causing the leak. He explained everything to me, and I was very satisfied that I understood the problem and knew what was going on. He also recommended a back water valve for future protection, which I had installed.

Finally, I feel like I found a great plumber for all future plumbing related issues!

Thank you to Vitaliy for the quick same day service when my main drain backed up. A friendly worker from his company came to my home and snaked out tree roots from the main drain using larger and larger blades until the water was flowing well. Thanks for the good work. I have used Master Drain and Water Works three times now for various plumbing needs and I am very happy with their service.

We had a nasty sewer back up from our laundry room drain. Vitaliy and his great crew came to see us very fast, and fixed it very fast and very efficiently. They really know what they are doing, and I have already recommended them to friends. They tidied everything up afterwards so that you wouldn't know 3 hours previously there was a 10 foot deep hole along our front walk. Professional, efficient and respectful. Highly recommended!! On Christmas Day, we had 15 people at our Christmas dinner. In the middle of dinner, someone commented that there was a problem with our toilet. Apparently our sewer trap collapsed. On Boxing Day we called Master Drain, on the advice of a friend of ours. Within one hour of receiving the call Vitaliy came to our home, assessed our situation, told us exactly what had to be done and the next morning at 9:00, as promised, his crew came and was able to have our sewer repaired in three hours. Once the work was approved by the city inspector (in two days), the crew was able to replace all the dirt, bushes etc. Amazing!!! We highly recommend this company. I had some drain blockage (tree roots, of course). Vitaliy came and scoped it out and went to work a few days later. The service was prompt and Vitaliy updated me regularly. He was clear about what was needed and ready to answer my questions. Also, the mess was carefully contained and afterwards the landscaping was re-placed neatly. He even took care of the rebate application.

I called Vitaliy and arranged an appointment for a backwater valve installation in my house to prevent flooding. My phone call was answered immediately (which I was very pleasantly surprised by, since most other contractors usually have an answering machine). Team arrived on time, evaluated the volume of work and a budget.

The installation was done in one day quickly and efficiently, I was surprised that they even re-planted all the flowers in my front yard after installing the valve. In addition to all this, Vitaliy took care of all the paperwork with the city of Toronto, and answered any questions and concerns I had over the phone regarding the rebate process.
