I called Vitaliy and arranged an appointment for a backwater valve installation in my house to prevent flooding. The installation was done in one day quickly and efficiently, I was surprised that they even re-planted all the flowers in my front yard after installing the valve. In addition to all this, Vitaliy took care of all the paperwork with the city of Toronto, and answered any questions and concerns I had over the phone regarding the rebate process.
