Professional work done. Took care to cover areas being worked on and worked in. All permits required were taken care of by them and also the rebate paperwork. They also organized to have the city inspector come to the house and do final inspection. I was pleased with the work that was done. They came in and completed the job and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend them to do any sewer renovations or problems.

Vitaly and his staff were great. The workers left a clean job site and came on time. I am a contractor and I will defiantly use their services again. Price was very fair.

Landry room floor drain backed up with, you don't want to know what. I call Vitaliy who assessed the situation that same day. He advised me it was a broken/collapsed pipe and it needed to be replaced. He was so helpful, professional and true to his word, as he came the next day and replaced the pipe. If I have any other plumbing issues I will be calling Vitaliy in the future. Thanks for everything!!!

Vitaliy and his team did a great job with installing the back water valve in my basement. They were diligent and easy to get along with. They explained the process along the way and provided tips on how to maintain and keep the drain issue free. They kept the area clean and safe while working and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. I strongly recommend their services

Team did a great job replacing clay pipes after sewage backup. Team was very careful to protect house as much as possible. Work was completed in an extremely professional manner. Also replaced the lead pipe from city to property line. Answered all questions and explained all steps in detail. Would recommend Vitally and team.

Vitaly and his team were very responsive when I called on a Saturday to inspect my basement drain. The water level of the catch appeared higher than normal and I wanted to make sure there was no blockage causing a back-up. Vitaly answered the phone personally and assured me that he would come by that evening. He was courteous at the door, removing his outdoor footwear. He performed a thorough inspection using his camera equipment, and explained to me exactly what was showing on the monitor. Although thankfully there was no problem to fix this time around, I wound not hesitate to call Master Drain & Water Works again in the future.
