Stay Away - Consumers and Manufacturers
Stay away. Continued misdiagnosis, 4 service calls to date. One of the two service personnel that came out twice was capable but seemed like he was aware of the company he was working for and just shrugged with a defeated smile. Two weeks and still waiting for a functional appliance as I write this. The complete lack of empathy or any sense of customer service from George (who is the only point of contact for this sham) while trying to rectify this absurd scenario is completely absent. Then again, maybe this is not out of the norm at all for them reading other reviews. Not one statement or action to do anything to find a solution in the now. Only response received, We will send another tech out when we can. The passing the buck, or not my monkey attitude thrives here. Choose another repair company immediately. After the fourth service call because the dryer, under warranty, and only about 9 months old still wasnt working, they actually refused to come out again. Hmm, No more money from the manufacturer after a 4th call? Sure I didnt pay for a service fee, I bet the manufacturer did though and now the manufacturer gets to pay another fee to another company. To any manufacturer or service delegation department that are forwarding your business to this company, seriously reconsider your decision. Seriously.
