I contracted Appliance Genie to replace the collector tube on my gas BBQ/grill. When they were at it, I told them, sine they had to remove the burners to do that,, they may as well replace the burners. They came to do the work, and when they were done, they told me and I went to take a look. The photo shows the problem They replaced the burners but put it the old rusted out collector tube. They admitted someone forgot to order it and in all fairness to me, they would replace the part. All I had to pay for was the part (Since I hadnet paid for it a $16 part cost me $88.
