For nine years I had this service and the monthly fess increased over time. Thankfully the service was never needed. After shopping for other options I decided to switch providers...10 months later when my contract was over. I cancelled only 10 days before the next auto draft so it was too late to stop. After calling for a reimbursement or reversal of charges I was informed it would be four to six weeks. Six weeks later I called to inquire and they said it was approved right at the five week mark. However, it would still be another week before the check could be cut mailed out due to checks and balances. After asking to speak to someone about the time consuming refund the service representative said the would UPS the check ASAP.
Either there is intentional manipulation in refunding a clients money or this company is inept at providing quality customer service. The people I spoke to were pleasant but the process is very antiquated. For no reason should I have to repeatedly call for a refund that was due months after discontinuing service.
