Had the system for 8 years and when went through renovations equipment started malfunctioning. Never got a notice from "central" office although there was no problem charging our account from 6 months. When I called to request new equipment, their loyalty program was helpful however their technicians were unavailable for over a month to install. and would not be available for holiday break. Quite disappointing. Didnt seem to be interested in accommodating although they did mention that they would call me to help out... never did. Still billed my credit card for an additional month and am waiting for the refund they claim they would send by mail. Overall, real good at charging you a monthly fee however no real surveillance of the functioning of the equipment or efforts to satisfy longstanding customers.
