poor customer service, dysfunctioning equipment
We have been using their service for almost a year now. We paid $100 extra originally to get a digital tablet installed for arming and disarming the unit. The tablet almost never works. They have sent technicians in and they get the tablet to work and leave and the next day it disconnects again. It seems to be working only 30% of the time. I called to ask for a resolution after having problems for over 6 months and their response was, the replacement tablets are out of stock, we can replace the unit with an old keypad (that looks super ugly and outdated). I had to ask what about my $100 that i paid originally for this dysfunctional tablet?
