I cancelled my service with Alarm first because I never used it and in good faith I sent all the equipment back over two months ago. Since then I have been waiting for my lousy $30 refund and every time I talk to a rep all they say is we're so sorry to hear about that . Parents simply they are great at taking that isn't theirs!
