Mark arrived on time and was extremely professional throughout the installation. He was very methodical throughout the install and made sure he accounted for any issues he might have had along the way. I am very pleased with the service provided and price paid I would use and recommend his company again.

The installer arrived promptly and completed the dishwasher install quickly and professionally. He tidied up the work area afterwards. We will be contacting them again when it's time to install our vent hood and the water line for our refrigerator. Great job!

I have a Huebsch washer which is not a common brand. Mark was amazing. He came in and diagnosed the issue right away. I ordered the part as this is not readily available and he came in and fixed it 3 days later. He even gave me pointers re: a new machine in the future as this one is 12 years old!!

They were fantastic. I booked them to come in the next day to install an over the range microwave. Showed up on time and completed the entire process in under 40 minutes. I was extremely impressed with the work ethic and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Mark has been helpful in identifying the problems with our range. We had a little miscommunication but Mark is committed to providing good customer service at a reasonable cost. As it turns out the main source of the problem is the electrical wiring in the house and not with the appliance.

After spending countless hours putting up with an annoying howling sound generating from our freezer compartment, we attempted trouble shooting and fixing the problem ourselves but to no avail! We tried every 'obvious' fix but the howling continued. Then we called Mark - he called 1 hr ahead and arrived 1/2 hr ahead of schedule! We explained the problem and all the painstaking attempts we made to solve it, and within 5 minutes, Mark had pinpointed the issue! He immediately pulled out the culprit part and voila, our fridge has been purring like a kitten since! Thanks so much Mark! You've not only fixed our fridge but we no longer have to deal with that annoying high-pitch noise that was driving us insane!

We read the on-line reviews and trusted that we would receive excellent service, and we did! Mark went out of his way to accommodate our schedule, he even offered to drive in during a winter storm day to repair our dishwasher. Not only was he punctual when he came, but he quickly fixed the problem with our machine and came in under budget-impressive!
