We found Baydoun Appliances on-line on this website (HomeStars) because none of our friends could recommend an appliance repair company. We read the on-line reviews and trusted that we would receive excellent service, and we did! Mark went out of his way to accommodate our schedule, he even offered to drive in during a winter storm day to repair our dishwasher. Not only was he punctual when he came, but he quickly fixed the problem with our machine and came in under budget-impressive! We will definitely refer him to our friends and are happy to know that we now have a trusted contact for all our future appliance repair needs.
