I must admit that I am not one who tends to write too many reviews. However, there are just some rare instances where it is completely justified.
My tenant called me because the Samsung dryer has stopped working. I called Mark and he was able to arrive within the hour. This is my second experience with Mark and I am still very impressed with his professionalism, expertise and courtesy.
The problem involved removing the dryer from it's "stacked" configuration...which is quite a workout in itself. The dryer was quickly disassembled and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in a matter of moments. A sock apparently fell through the lint trap it was caught in the motor. YIKES !!!
Fortunately, there was no permanent damage to the dryer and Mark and his colleague quickly reassembled the unit and did a thorough test and everything was solved within an hour. Simply amazing.
My tenant asked for Marks' contact information because her friend is also in need of service. So the old way of building business one customer at a time remains true here.
