Mark has been helpful in identifying the problems with our range. We had a little miscommunication but Mark is committed to providing good customer service at a reasonable cost. As it turns out the main source of the problem is the electrical wiring in the house and not with the appliance.

One month ago I called Mark to come and repair a broken range. He arrived on Monday when he said he would, did a diagnostic and said we required a new motherboard and he would order the part. He advised the part would be $249 plus tax. Tuesday he called to say he had the part and would be here the next day to install it. Wednesday he called to say he had a flat tire and wouldn't be able to get here until the following day. Thursday he called at 4:00 to say he was on his way and I haven't heard from him since. He never arrived. We decided to order the part ourselves which we got for $93 including tax, the part came in and we replaced it but the oven still doesn't work. I've been without an oven for a month and I'm out Marks fee of $80 plus the $93 for the part that didn't fix the problem.
