This company is terrible to deal with, more interested in threats than actual customer service or customer retention. They charged me for an entire year after I moved out of province and are still trying to charge me now after the contract expired.
Brutal management!!!
This is exactly what a company does with a bad review or your inquirery on the phone. I'm unhappy with United Alarms, I made every effort to make them a deal, offered the equipment back, offered to cover my end of the arrangement. I fulfilled my contract. Nobody ever made a comment that I didn't.
Then a representative that clearly hasn't been trained in customer satisfaction or retention jumps on here and cites approval rates and blames the customer.
Just what I said, a company that you don't want to do business with.
