United Alarm's Customer Service is a big problem. Beware of all the 'positive comments' on this review site, as company's often post their own reviews. I wanted to cancel my service, because there was a 'communication error' whereby the system was not communicating with United Alarms. This 'communication error' happened twice before. They had to come out and fix it, which took a while. Now that I want to cancel, they want 60 days notice - for a service that isn't working. Satina dropped it down to 30 days. I said - why am I paying for something that doesn't work? She said - it's in your contract. I said the contract also requires the system to be working - which it isn't. She said it doesn't matter. I asked to speak with her supervisor. She refused. She said - if you go to KFC and you have a problem with the chicken do you ask to speak to the Colonel? I'm not a happy customer and would never recommend United Alarm to anyone.
