Love the keypad and how easy it is to navigate. I have seen some keypads that are a nightmare to figure out and this one is so user friendly.

We had United Alarm install the Lynx System with camera system a week ago and have had 3 sensor failures in that time. We are losing confidence in the system and considering returning the system.

I was a customer with United Alarm, and ended up having to cancel a while back do to financial issue. I recently reactive my account with them and got a free upgrade. Found staff very helpful with everything and I was able to get it installed before the thanksgiving long weekend. Which I was very glad as I has out of town.
