Imran spent the morning fixing my gas fireplace that needed a LOT of work. He cleaned it and replaced things that other service people had failed to do. He took real care and pride in the work he did. He did an amazing job fixing up the fireplace that I thought I would have to replace; it looks better now than it did when I had it installed 20 years ago. I would highly recommend Imran to anyone who needs a fireplace repaired.

An old gas fireplace that outlived its life expectancies! Imran brought it back to life, it works perfectly and looks like a brand new fireplace. He took his time, repaired piece by piece, cleaned and even added some "coals" to make it look a bit more real. Great service!

Worth every penny. Imran was an absolute professional and gentleman. My gas fireplace had stopped working. But even before that, it looked more like a gas stove than a fireplace.
Imran responded immediately to my first call and was here within a few days (on a Sunday no less!!!). He not only returned my fireplace to working order, it now looks like a fireplace. He created embers, rearranged the logs, replaced the switch, cleaned it thoroughly, replaced sensors, etc. He also explained everything he was doing and why.
I basically have a new fireplace, and I was at the point of thinking of replacing the whole thing.

Contacted Imran due to a faulty pilot light on our 10 yr old gas fireplace. He was quick to respond and arrange a time for service. Not only did he repair the pilot light issue, he preformed a thorough cleaning, adjusted all of the logs and ambers, repainted some scuffed metal, dealt with a remote control issue and properly installed a shutoff switch which had never been done by the original installer. Fireplace operates perfectly and looks better than ever. Work area was left spotless. This gentleman is a pro and knows how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
