I cannot say enough about Imran. Our fireplace had not been operational for well over 6 years. Not only did he take his time inspecting, cleaning and fixing the fireplace. Imran explained exactly what was wrong and like many other reviews was able to save my pilot light and all parts. He is reliable, honest and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. Fireplaces have never looked or worked better! Imran took great time and care in completing the job. He is honest and reliable. He could have charged me more to replace a part but instead, repaired the existing part and saved me a significant amount of money. We called Gas Fireplace Services and Repairs in order to fix a pilot light that wouldn't light and to get our gas fireplace cleaned properly.

Our experience with Imran was great! He responded to my phone call almost immediately and scheduled a time to come only a day or so later.

He arrived not only on time, but even a few minutes early and dealt with our fireplace quickly and efficiently, immediately diagnosing the problem in addition to pointing out and resolving potential hazards.

I was impressed with Imran's honesty. He charged exactly what he had quoted over the phone and did not try to pressure me into replacing old parts as long as they continued to work.

In addition to getting our pilot light working, Imran cleaned our fireplace beautifully. It has never looked this good since we've owned the house. I was very satisfied with Imran's services and will definitely call him again!

We recently decided to update our old fireplace. We were looking at a full remodel including removing an old gas insert and replacing it with a new gas log set. Called to have my fireplace serviced as it wouldn't ignite. All previous reviews are accurate. He's the sweetest, kindest person. Came in, fixed all issues and left without leaving a mess. So professional and such a pleasure to deal with. My fireplace looks wonderful and with the addition of the small amber, from afar it looks real.

We moved into our condo townhouse in June 2016. It has two gas fireplaces, that ceased working by late summer. Checked with a store that sold fireplaces and they gave us Imran's card. Called on Friday. Got a call back Saturday that he could come on Monday morning. He is a householder's dream. Tools included his own vacuum and a drop cloth to protect the floor. He recognized both units immediately. Neither had been serviced for years. Not only did he clean them up, he cleaned the glass panes 'till they shined (do not try Windex). He made sure I understood their operation and stressed annual maintenance. Very personable man with an interesting history - and English/French bilingual. Worth every penny.

Fireplace had fallen into disuse and disrepair. Imran's a busy guy (and rightfully so), but he came by on the weekend and set everything to rights. He made the necessary repairs and cleaned the entire fireplace to a shine. It looks amazing and works fantastic. The quality of work is superb. No wonder he's so in demand. Nice fellow to chat with as well!

We had moved into our house in April and hadn't used the fireplace yet. When we initially turned it on it worked but after a few minutes turned off and wouldn't turn back on. With a new baby in the house we wanted to make sure everything was safe so I started to look for a service that could come and help. After reading the rave reviews about Imram, I called him up and after a couple of weeks he was able to come and inspect.

He ended up changing two of the switches and cleaning the entire fireplace and veryrhing worked wonderfully and looked beautiful after that. He is very thorough, explains what he is doing and did a great job! He even through in a little surprise for us :)

Moved into our house in the summer and never had the opportunity to use the fireplace. We found Imran on Homestars to inspect our fireplace to make sure everything is good to go before the winter.

He came over a couple days after making the initial call with all of the equipment he needed. Apparently it hasn't been cleaned in years, and it definitely showed after he was done with it. It looked brand new after he was done with it.

We're very happy with his service. He was meticulous, patient with all our questions, and even moved things around and added more embers so when on, it looks even better than before.

You can see that he definitely cares about his work. We will absolutely call Imran for our annual service from now on.
