We had moved into our house in April and hadn't used the fireplace yet. When we initially turned it on it worked but after a few minutes turned off and wouldn't turn back on. With a new baby in the house we wanted to make sure everything was safe so I started to look for a service that could come and help. After reading the rave reviews about Imram, I called him up and after a couple of weeks he was able to come and inspect. He ended up changing two of the switches and cleaning the entire fireplace and veryrhing worked wonderfully and looked beautiful after that. He is very thorough, explains what he is doing and did a great job! He even through in a little surprise for us :) Highly recommend. Thanks for the great work.
