Worth every penny. Imran was an absolute professional and gentleman. My gas fireplace had stopped working. But even before that, it looked more like a gas stove than a fireplace.
Imran responded immediately to my first call and was here within a few days (on a Sunday no less!!!). He not only returned my fireplace to working order, it now looks like a fireplace. He created embers, rearranged the logs, replaced the switch, cleaned it thoroughly, replaced sensors, etc. He also explained everything he was doing and why.
I basically have a new fireplace, and I was at the point of thinking of replacing the whole thing.
