Our home was an original 60's bungalow we wanted to modernize. This involved updating all door, some windows and ADDing an entrance from the garage to the basement as well as adding 10" terrace doors off the dining room. The 2 additional entrances involved breaking through brick walls, reconstructing and making them look original. Everthing looks AWESOME. Thanks Dan & your team.

I had signed a contact with Derek on Tuesday, May 22/ 2012 for the installation of a sliding door. When the installer came on Wednesday he wrote on the contract 6ft standard. This is not what I had agreed on with Derek. I called Derek but his voice mail indicated he is on vacation for 2 weeks. I called Dan to clarify on two occasions and haven't been able to get an answer regarding my contract. I left a message this morning but didn't hear from him. A 200 dollar deposit was made and now I have requested Dan to give the money back either through mail/direct deposit. However, Dan demands that I should pick up the money from his office which is quite a distance from our home. I have given Pioneer alternate payment options which they have chosen to ignore.

Sales was efficient and professional, very flexible with appointment times.
Installation team (2 workers) were fast, clean and professional, very accommodating with other contractors that needed window access at the same time and window install
Overall very satisfied with this service

From quote to final installation Dan and his staff were professional and courteous. Two of the three other firms we received quotes from tried to pressure us into signing a contract immediately. One of those we might have used except for the pressure tactics. Pioneer was the least expensive but not by a lot. It was the lack of pressure and the Lifetime Transferable warranty that sealed the deal..

The installation was quicker than the other firms said they could do even allowing for one Speciall Design window that took 2 weeks longer than the rest.
The work was done on time neatly and cleanly.

Our old windows were original windows. The house is so much quieter now. A real pleasure and we think the front door, the new bay window and the garden window in the kitchen are beautiful.

We would recommend Pioneer to anyone for windows and doors.

This is our second time using Pioneer Windows and Doors. We were so impressed with the work done the first time that there was no question who we would use when our remaining windows needed replacing. Our consultant Dan was a great help in making suggestions on what would look good within our budget. I appreciated his honesty and as a result I am so pleased with both the master bedroom and ensuite windows. The installers were hard workers who were well mannered and very meticulous with their work. In fact, we had many of our neighbours stopping by and commenting on how great the windows were looking. Saved a few thousand by going with Pioneer after 4 quotes. I researched their window supplier (Pilkington) and hardware supplier (Truth Hardware) thoroughly. They meet or exceed all gov specs for our weather zone here in Toronto. Pioneer website does not do a good job of advertising their lifetime warranty, but Jeff Gik gave the proper written guarantee while on-site. They installed a variety of windows: sliders, bow, casement and awning. After 3 months they all still work perfectly and better than the one I replaced last year through another company (replaced as a test of that company before doing the rest.) I am very picky when it comes to quality and workmanship of finishing trim. They did not disappoint. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I contacted Pioneer to have 2 windows installed. I wanted one of them to meet certain specifications and Pioneer met all of them. The service and workmanship was impeccable and professional throughout. The finished look was exactly what I had in mind. I also appreciated the follow-up visit where I had a personal demonstration on how to handle the window panes when cleaning is required. I would definitely rehire them without hesitation.

Jack was so easy to work with. We had three other quotes. One was double of what Pioneer quoted. The quote was the same as the final invoice. The two installers were quick, clean, and efficient. We had 15 windows installed in 1 day! We were very impressed and happy with the whole experience. Neighbors love the new modern look of the all black windows. Thanks to Jack and his installers for amazing work.
