I wrote a review about this company several years ago after a furnace repair. This time it was the A/C. I called at 5:30 pm and Najib said would be here the next day around 6:00pm. Was on time, checked out the system, replaced a capacitor and all is cool again. Friendly , professional honest and reasonably priced. Great service.

This company opened our pool this spring and I was impressed with his work. The price shown is for the opening. Subsequently I had him come to repair a leak in our suction line. Over the past 3 years I had 2 other firms come to repair the leak and both said it didn't need to be repaired because only a little water would leak. Thomas and his team found the leak and repaired it. I have had this pool for over 30 years and this is the first year the pump worked efficiently . Made vacuuming so much easier and saved a lot of water. I also had him install a salt water system and do our closing. All reasonably priced and excellent service. I have always closed my pool myself in the past but Thomas has shown me that a professional really does do a better job.

From quote to final installation Dan and his staff were professional and courteous. Two of the three other firms we received quotes from tried to pressure us into signing a contract immediately. One of those we might have used except for the pressure tactics. Pioneer was the least expensive but not by a lot. It was the lack of pressure and the Lifetime Transferable warranty that sealed the deal.. The installation was quicker than the other firms said they could do even allowing for one Speciall Design window that took 2 weeks longer than the rest. The work was done on time neatly and cleanly. Our old windows were original windows. The house is so much quieter now. A real pleasure and we think the front door, the new bay window and the garden window in the kitchen are beautiful. We would recommend Pioneer to anyone for windows and doors.

I diagnosed my problem on the internet and Raffi gave me an approximate cost over the phone. He was busy but was able to come with the part the next day. Turned out the part wasn't broken, just entangled with the insulation as a result of a recall repair by another firm. Raffi had it fixed quickly and the cost was $30 dollars less than the quote. I would definetly recommend Accurate Appliance Repair .

On the coldest night of the winter so far our furnace quit working about 11:00pm. I called Adamson Air Systems and left a message. Fifteen minutes later Najib returned my call and said he could be here first thing in the morning. He arrived at 7:00am, had the furnace running within 20 minutes . It required a new part to be repaired fully which he acquired (Part under warranty) and installed the next day. I chose Adamson air because of their honesty and fairness. In 2005 our air conditioner quit working and I called one of the big repair firms in Scarborough. They came , charged me $90, told me I needed a new air conditioner. I then called Adamson. Najib came tested it . Said all I needed was a new thermostat , suggested I install it myself which I did. NO CHARGE. The air conditioner is still working.

The work consisted of removing lighting , a wet bar sink stand and plumbing and repairing the walls and ceiling which were damaged. The result is what I had hoped for and knew, if I had tried it myself it would have taken much longer and not looked nearly as good. Thanks Gio.

Darby was very personable and professional to deal with. No over the phone quote but a hand delivered estimate, a full description of the work to be done and an explanation of their guarantee. Other firms would do the work for the same price but wouldn't replace the interlocking brick that had to be removed to do the repair. Darby explained that he couldn't replace the brick until spring and suggested I hold back part of the payment until it was done. He asked that I give him a call in the spring. I did and within a short time our brick was back in place and in better shape than before it was removed. In addition he rerouted our downspout that was not part of our original estimate to help prevent future problems . I would definetly recommend Mud Monkeys to my friends and use them again if needed.

Doug had previosly renovated our bathroom in December 07 so when we decided to do our kitchen we contacted him again. We also contacted other highly ranked renovators from this site who were either too busy or came , measured our kitchen then never got back to us. Doug starts when he says he will and finishes when he says. He has reasonably priced suppliers with quality materials. I would definetly use him again and recommend him to friends.

Very pleased with Quality Construction. Doug was always on time for all meetings , helped us shop for fixtures , tiles , vanities,etc and recommended places with good quality and reasonable prices. He started when he said he would , worked every day , and finished when he said he would. I definetly will use his company again .
