i just bought my first house and although it was a little beaten up and rough around the edges it was my husband and my "Dreams Home". Nothing a little elbow grease couldn't fix.
One of the features we really enjoyed was the back solarium, but the entrance was not to our liking. We searched for a reliable, trusted and capable store which would not only be able to give me the look I wanted for the door but would able to instal it for me.
We found the staff from the Pioneer Window and Doors Inc. to be a great help. From the moment wei contacted them there was a friendly informed voice on the other end. They were very helpful, well informed and able to stick to our budget. When it came to the installation they took care of the whole process, we didn't have to worry about a thing. T

Jeff provided us with the lowest quote.As it was the first time we worked with Pioneer we were not sure waht to expect. However they came in as scheduled and worked at a rapid pace. staff were courteous and polite.
The only hitch was that while installing the windows one broke. Leon was very applogetic and said he would get a replacement organised the same day.

It took an extra 3 hours but he came back with the replacement and installed the windows the same day.We were very satisfied with the job done and would recommend the company to anybody based on our experiance..

I have been living in Aurora for the past 25 years. Recently my wife and I have decided that we gonna retire in this home and want to upgrade it. I contacted Pioneer because of their excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. I was so happy with their fine work and professional manner that I later phoned them for a sliding glass door and a security front door.

We brought various door companies to give us a quote on replacing our front door and when the sales person for Pioneer came, we knew we found the right company for us. The sales person was extremely knowledgable about the product, helped us with design ideas and there was no pressure to sign a contract. The installation team was very professional, polite, tidy and on time. The door was ready and installed exactly when they said it would be.

We have used Pioneer Windows and Doors to replace all our upstairs windows, our patio sliding doors, our front door and now our bay window. The salespeople are extremely professional, the workers are efficient and friendly and always clean up 100% of the mess before they leave. The prices are excellent and we have never had a problem with any window or door in the 5 years we have been using this company. I have recommended them to many friends who have also been very happy.

Pioneer installed a custom window in our bathroom with an extremely crooked sash. It was so crooked, in fact, that it looks like a guillotine. When we issued a complaint, they sent someone out who agreed that it was unsightly. Unfortunately, nobody was willing to take the next step to fix the error. We kept calling and getting no where. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Pioneer fully stated that they had agreed to fix the window but we had not made the arrangements to allow them to come. So untrue!

I have it in writing that they would come fix the problem. It's been three years and they have yet to follow through on their word. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

Replaced our old 1950's wooden side door with a new sealed entrance door. Dan came to the house with the catalog and discussed the options. Measurements were done within a couple of days. Installation was tidy and the installers cleaned up before leaving.
