We had a very old aging skylight that had to be replaced. We got a few quotes from other companies and a roofer who quoted the same amount as Skylights unlimited but for cash. So the pricing seemed reasonable and we decided to go with Skylight unlimited. The installers were efficient and they even put a piece of cloth inside the house in order to keep the work clean. I thought that was a nice extra touch as most roofers could care less about their mess. They took two hours and worked in December which gave us a reassuring that thought that we don't have to worry about leaks during winter or coming spring.

Boris came and gave us a quote and we got exactly what we ordered accept for a little dent on the kitchen door. The installers were efficent and worked well.

Courteous, amazing and reliable service and reasonably priced compared to all the other quotes I received. They came in when they said they would. I had installed a basement window with another company for $500, what a window installed int for $250. Would recommend them to anyone

ADT authorized Alarm Gaurd Services Inc to install our alarm panel. The technician did not bother to check my phone line and internet connection and left. I realized that I my internet connection was very slow and there was a lot of static on my phone. I called ADT and they advised me to Alarm Gaurd since they did the installation. I called them and told them to send the technician back. They told me that they would send me a part in the mail to fix the problem. I advised them I can't use my internet connection or my phone that they either send the tech back or uninstall the panel. The tech came back the next day. The sales rep Gianni was supposed to provide me a 2 month free service on the contract and I am still waiting since November to receive the refund.

Jeff provided honest, courteous and reliable service. We called him for other issues with our BBQ and has been very prompt and shown up later in the night too to address our concerns. I would highly recommend him. He also serviced our furnace and is always willing to answer any questions we have and provide us with advice.

I had signed a contact with Derek on Tuesday, May 22/ 2012 for the installation of a sliding door. When the installer came on Wednesday he wrote on the contract 6ft standard. This is not what I had agreed on with Derek. I called Derek but his voice mail indicated he is on vacation for 2 weeks. I called Dan to clarify on two occasions and haven't been able to get an answer regarding my contract. I left a message this morning but didn't hear from him. A 200 dollar deposit was made and now I have requested Dan to give the money back either through mail/direct deposit. However, Dan demands that I should pick up the money from his office which is quite a distance from our home. I have given Pioneer alternate payment options which they have chosen to ignore.
