Im very satisfied with the recent service done by elite appliances my work order # was 180392. the technician was very professional and made my microwave like new. thank you.

As always, the technician, Mike (Work Order number 181141), was great: on time, completed all the repairs quickly and effectively, was extremely courteous and professional. Overall, I am completely satisfied.
The booking of the appointment was expeditious and absolutely painless. The customer service representative quickly checked the status of my warranty and gave me a date of the appointment. An SMS the next day gave the exact time. Again, I am very satisfied with the process.

Repair technician was very professional. He took two trips, first to diagnose the issue and explained what was wrong. The 2nd trip he came back to install the broken part in less than 20 minutes.

My work order #179560. The technician came and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. The good thing was there were no surprises. All long everything was as per agreement. They have a fixed price model and they only charge a fuel surcharge until the original problem is resolved. He took 2 trips, first to diagnose the issue other to install the necessary part. Also the technician was courteous and explained all aspects of the problem. Would recommend to others. Very reliable.

My stove top cracked and Samsung offered to cover it through Elite Appliance Service- a service I paid for when purchasing the warranty. Mike was our repairman and he was polite, professional and efficient. He replaced our parts and took all of the boxes/garbage and old parts back with him.

I was lucky that my mom was around and offered to be at my home as Elite confirms your 3 hour time window the day before. Somewhat of a hassle if I didn't have the help, but most service providers do this exact thing, so fair enough! All-in-all, a great service provided.

They are overpriced ($60 for the part and $240 for service) and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I was able to arrange the service call and had the part installed. However they were in such a rush to get out that my dishwasher wasn't reinstalled, just shoved back under the counter. The first time I loaded a couple of plates the machine tipped forward. A week later it's not fixed and I can't get anyone on the phone. I wish I'd bought another dishwasher that can be fixed by someone else.

Would not book an appointment in a time frame that worked for me. Unable to book time frame for a few days in advance, instead they give you a whole day and then can't confirm the appointment time until the day before. This kind of policy doesn't work for people that have jobs. Really pathetic how they handle call bookings. They work for themselves and do not work for the customer. LG should not use this contractor to carry out its warranty service, it gives the LG brand a bad name.

This company has hands down the worst customer service of ANY service company I've ever worked with. Unfortunately I have had to work with them repeatedly as they are the only company in Toronto that services our stove (Capital - came with the house - should have just thrown it in the garbage!). We have spent a lot of money over the years on this stove and have never once had a positive experience (never get back to us, don't follow up on anything, can't even quote the price for a part). Most recently, the convection button on our stove won't stay on. We explained that before they came. When they came they needed to order a part and said they would have it in about a week. 2 weeks later, no news, I call back, wait on hold for over 30 minutes to be told that they can not reach their parts department or look up whether a part was ordered on the computer. She was going to have to call the parts department, who would call the ordering department who would call Capital to find out about the part (a small 25$ part). It will take about 2 days. One week later, still no news. I call back, wait 45 minutes on hold, to be told that she called the parts department, but the part hasn't arrived. She will call me later today or tomorrow with news about where the part is and when it will arrive. I am not holding my breath. I cannot wait, we are moving in 2 months and will never have to deal with Elite again. I gave them one star (as opposed to 0) to acknowledge the fact that Capital bears some of the responsibility for the problem.

The service technician was excellent but the company gouges for parts and labor, so I won't be calling them again. They charged $65 for a part I could have purchased online for under $10, then charge $159/hour for labor and even if the job takes less than 30 minutes you're still billed for an hour. On top of this they charge a $25 downtown surcharge and expect you to pay for parking on top if this! Parking fees should be included in this outrageous surcharge!

Unbelievable. After having to wait almost a week for a repair appointment (which I have to take half day off work for), the technician after 40 minutes replaced the electrical board, then proceeds to tell me I need to replace compressor - which he doesn't have in the truck !!??!!! And now I'm waiting for them to call me to schedule another appointment to replace compressor - another 1/2 day off work. The technician told me for every compressor repair they need to come out twice ! Unfortunately my fridge is LG and I have to use a certified servicer so I'm stuck.
