Had a problem with the dishwasher. Called this gentlemen and the next day morning he was here to inspect. It took about 20 mins for him to find the problem and he resolved it in the first visit itself. No surprises, did not overcharge. All charges were as agreed on the phone.
My work order #179560. The technician came and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. The good thing was there were no surprises. All long everything was as per agreement. They have a fixed price model and they only charge a fuel surcharge until the original problem is resolved. He took 2 trips, first to diagnose the issue other to install the necessary part. Also the technician was courteous and explained all aspects of the problem. Would recommend to others. Very reliable.
