My Work Order is 84362 and my experience with Elite Appliance Service was July 17, 2015. We had a warranty repair done to our Samsung refrigerator and a non warranty repair to our 3-year old Samsung microwave. The name Elite is well chosen, as they are undoubtedly the best repair service I have experienced in over 25 years as a home owner. Their system is built around the customer. When you make an appointment, you get a text confirming the appointment. The day before the appointment, you get another text confirming the 3-hour window when the service technician will arrive at your house. On the day of the service, you get a text telling you that the technician will arrive in 20 minutes. And, of course, exactly 20 minutes later, there he is. Then, even before the technician is finished, you get a text asking you if you are satisfied with the service! The technician was very professional, polite and extremely neat. He did the repairs quickly and cleaned up everything before he left. I think you pay a bit more for Elite, but it's worth the peace of mind and the quality of service. I will only be using Elite for appliance repair from now on.
