Elite came out and diagnosed the issue with my LG dishwasher. They ordered the part and fixed it promptly. The service tech was competent and courteous. Great job. Their scheduling and notification services were amazing.

Writing a review regarding a service repair on Work Order # 190341...Larry was very efficient and courteous repairing our dryer! He took the time to explain the issue and gave us great tips on how to keep our dryer running efficiently over time. He even went ahead and cleaned out the vents as a courtesy. Elite appliance service arrived promptly for a washing machine repair on our new LG machine. It turns out we did not tighten the filter cap enough resulting in water leakage under the machine. They did a test to make sure it was working properly.
They were courteous and professional, I would not hesitate to use them again.

We purchased an induction stove and included with the purchase was a demonstration. The Elite dispatcher kept us in the loop regarding the ETA of the two servicemen. This service was done for Samsung. The service department at samsung gave us the reference number, and telephone number for elite. We contacted them and they gave us an appointment within a few day. The service department was very friendly. They technician contacted us to set up a time, he called before and let us know when he will be arriving. He did show up at the scheduled time. The technician was very professional, he did the jpb very quickly. We would recommend Elite . #187465

Work order #185514. The service we got was excellent. The guy was there right on time, he knew what he was doing and even though it took a long time he did not rush through it. I also appreciate the 90 day guarantee because our fridge has broken down twice.

Since I contacted Elite to repair a problem created by a Sears service technician I have had nothing but stellar service from Elite, Jennifer and Larry.

The level of professionalism (courteous, prompt and efficient handling of my initial emergency call) was exceptional.

The initial visit from Larry identified the issues with my fridge - parts were ordered and promptly acquired. I was given regular updates on estimated arrival dates and proactive scheduling for the next repair visit. Unfortunately a faulty part required a re-order and third visit, however the repairs were completed as required.

Larry was exceptionally thorough and resourceful in diagnosing and repairing our fridge - he brought up schematics online for help when required, and also called other resources for guidance when he was unsure of something. He took full ownership of our problem and was extremely diligent in getting the repair done as quickly as possible.

We were under extreme time constraints to get this repair completed quickly as we have sold this house and are moving out this week. Recognizing the urgency of the repair, Jennifer (our service representative) took the initiative to accelerate the final scheduled service call when our parts arrived a few days earlier than expected - this was extremely important to us and greatly appreciated.
So overall I am extremely impressed with Elite Appliance and their staff. I will recommend Elite to any friend in need should a need arise.

Techician: Ben performed his job very well. He was courteous and polite. Though not part of the freezer problem, he pulled my fridge out to perform a general maintenance behind the unit. Repaired beyond my satisfaction.
