Reference # 189985 The fixed my microwave in 5 minutes!! The part took a little time to come in from Samsung but that was not their fault. I like that they communicate with you by text so that you dont miss their phone call. I would not hesitate to call them to fix any of my appliances.

Elite is one of the most efficient, professional and customer friendly service companies I have found in the 30+ years I have owned my home. I used them for my LG fridge and they were very quick to assess the problem, order the part and return to install. All 3 of the men who were here were friendly, experienced and professional and initially even came on a SUNDAY for no extra fee. Elite also communicated with me by text and telephone and were very punctual. No waiting all day. 3 hour window only and very prompt! Don't hesitate to use them.

I found the repair technician to be quite knowledgeable. He was also extremely thorough in his explanation of the recurrent dishwasher issue and was also able to recommend some solutions to this current problem which was very helpful.

This service was very good. The head office conveniently texted me with a service date and then again with a reminder. On the day of, they texted me within the hour window of the workers' arrival.

This company is great, they are prompt and very professional. They are an authorized LG service contractor and they know their stuff. Rey came out diagnosed the problem and Daniel drove out with the part. They repaired and put the machine back into place. Very professional technicians.

My Samsung Fridge stopped cooling, fortunately it was still under warranty. Their technician quickly identified the issue. He ordered the part right away and it was fixed within a few of days. They continue to show their professionalism each time I've had to use them.

I was a little concerned after reading negative reviews about Elite Appliance Service but when it came to my LG washing machine, they were the only game in town so I set up an appointment. My work order number was: 190455. Ryan came to the door right on time. He was courteous, polite and respectful. He didn't treat me like a moron and discussed what he was doing to fix my machine. It wasn't easy. He called LG for a solution, they had no idea. Ryan put my machine in working order and gave me an idea for a work-around so the problem wouldn't reoccur. I was concerned that he would charge by the hour and run up an overly large bill but he explained that they have a basic fee for a call out and don't charge extra. Good news for someone who is on a pension. I would use them again.

Excellent service on our Samsung microwave (ticket number 4131307148). Prompt scheduling and effective work. Everything was top notch. I would turn to them again if I needed to have an appliance serviced.
