I was a little concerned after reading negative reviews about Elite Appliance Service but when it came to my LG washing machine, they were the only game in town so I set up an appointment. My work order number was: 190455. Ryan came to the door right on time. He was courteous, polite and respectful. He didn't treat me like a moron and discussed what he was doing to fix my machine. It wasn't easy. He called LG for a solution, they had no idea. Ryan put my machine in working order and gave me an idea for a work-around so the problem wouldn't reoccur. I was concerned that he would charge by the hour and run up an overly large bill but he explained that they have a basic fee for a call out and don't charge extra. Good news for someone who is on a pension. I would use them again.
